Cess Report

The CESS Project at KRVIA was funded by the A.I.L.S.G (All India Local Self Govt.) body. The intent of the exercise was to demonstrate how an integrated precinct planning could allow renewal/interventions/development/maintenance model to improve the neighbourhood and the individual buildings in a manner sustainable to the community and city.
